Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: January 2026
1. Introduction
Entire Feed Ltd ("entire_feed", "we", "us", or "our") is a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the entire_feed website at entirefeed.com (the "Website"), the entire_feed web application and dashboard (the "Platform"), and all related services, tools, and content we provide (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing the Website, creating a Platform account, or engaging our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
entire_feed is a managed service that automates short-form social media content creation and distribution. In plain terms, we do the following for our clients:
Account Setup & Warm-Up. We create and configure social media accounts (on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other supported platforms) on real physical devices. Each account goes through a warm-up period (typically 2–3 weeks) where the account builds organic engagement history before any content is posted.
AI-Generated Content. We use artificial intelligence to generate short-form video content ("Deliverables"). This includes AI-generated personas based on general demographic characteristics of the client’s target audience. We do not impersonate any real individuals.
Automated Posting & Management. We post content to managed accounts on an agreed cadence (e.g. 2 posts per account per day), monitor performance, and handle account maintenance including appeals, replacements, and incident response.
Dashboard & Reporting. Clients access the Platform to monitor account health, view performance analytics (views, engagement, eCPM), manage content guardrails, and track attribution.
Attribution. We are attribution-agnostic and work with any client-provided tracking link (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer, or equivalent).
3. Eligibility & Registration
The Service is available to businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old and can form legally binding contracts. To access the Platform, you must create an account with valid credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
4. Client Engagements & Pilot Agreements
Use of the managed service is governed by a separate Pilot Agreement or Service Agreement (the "Agreement") executed between entire_feed and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any such Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the executed Agreement prevails for the scope of services it covers.
Pilot Structure. We typically begin with a pilot engagement (minimum 1 month, 10 accounts) to validate performance before scaling. Pilot terms, pricing, success metrics, and deliverables are defined in the Agreement.
Pricing. Fees are set out in the Agreement or as published on the Website. Current published pricing ranges from $1,500/month (10 accounts) to $15,000/month (100 accounts). All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Account Ownership
Managed social media accounts operate under one of two structures, as selected in the Agreement:
Customer-Owned Accounts. The client owns the accounts (handles, profiles, content). entire_feed operates the accounts during the engagement. Any ad or creator monetisation revenue generated by the accounts is retained by entire_feed unless otherwise agreed. Upon termination, accounts are transferred to the client at no additional cost within 10 business days.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
Client-Provided Materials. You retain all rights to materials you provide (brand assets, logos, product information, attribution links). By providing these materials, you grant entire_feed a non-exclusive licence to use them solely for performing the Service.
Deliverables. AI-generated video content created for you is owned by you upon payment of applicable fees, subject to the terms of your Agreement.
Platform & Tools. entire_feed retains all rights in the Platform, dashboard, AI models, workflows, production pipelines, and proprietary tools. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our technology to you.
Feedback. Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide about the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
(a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
(b) provide content or instructions that are defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringe any third-party rights;
(c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or algorithms of the Platform;
(d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
(e) share your Platform login credentials with unauthorised third parties;
(f) use the Service to impersonate real individuals or create content that could be mistaken for endorsement by a real person.
8. Third-Party Platforms
The Service operates on third-party social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others). These platforms have their own terms of service, community guidelines, and enforcement policies. entire_feed does not control these platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, specific algorithm treatment, or that accounts will not be restricted or suspended by the platform.
We take reasonable measures to comply with platform requirements and manage account health, including warm-up protocols and content quality controls. However, platform risks (account restrictions, policy changes, algorithm shifts) are inherent to the nature of social media distribution.
9. Termination
Termination for Convenience. Either party may terminate an active engagement with 30 days’ written notice at any time during the pilot or any renewal period.
Prorated Refunds. If you terminate mid-cycle, you will receive a prorated refund for any prepaid fees covering the period after the termination date.
Effect of Termination. Upon termination: (i) we will deliver an end-of-engagement summary; (ii) account transfer or handover will be initiated per the applicable ownership option; (iii) your access to the Platform will be deactivated after a reasonable wind-down period; and (iv) confidentiality obligations survive.
Website Access. We may restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTIRE_FEED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee specific view counts, engagement rates, revenue outcomes, or app installs. View guarantees or success metrics referenced on the Website or in Agreements are targets, not binding promises, and are subject to platform behaviour outside our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTIRE_FEED’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ENTIRE_FEED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless entire_feed, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service; (c) content or materials you provide that infringe third-party rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information disclosed during the engagement, including business strategies, client lists, pricing, technical processes, and performance data. Confidentiality obligations survive for two (2) years after the end of the engagement.
14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet or infrastructure outages, platform policy changes or enforcement actions, and acts of war or terrorism.
15. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where feasible, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
